Kryptis Private Vault

Features

A different icon on your Home Screen

Choose an icon that does not say vault. Calculator, Calendar, Clock, Photos, Shield and others. It keeps the app out of a glance at your Home Screen. It is not what keeps your files safe.

What it does

Settings, App Icon, pick one. Kryptis offers a set of icons including Calculator, Calendar, Clock, Photos, Shield, Keyhole, Messenger, Obsidian, Sunset, Teams, Triangle, Aperture and the default Vault.

What it does not do

A disguised icon does not change the app's name in iPhone Storage, the App Library, Screen Time or the App Store. That is true of every disguised app, including the ones built around a working calculator. Calculator vault apps explains where the disguise holds and where it breaks.

Why Kryptis has it anyway

Because a glance at the Home Screen is the most common way someone notices an app. The icon handles that. Everything behind it, the encryption, the decoy and self-destruct, handles the rest.
