Sub-albums: albums inside albums

Albums can hold albums. Trips inside years, people inside projects, whatever the vault is for. Each has its own cover, and Favorites collects the items you heart from anywhere.

What it does

Any album can contain sub-albums as well as media. Set a cover from any item, rename, add notes, and move items between albums. Favorites is a smart collection of everything you mark with the heart, across all albums.

Hiding a thumbnail

Any item can have its thumbnail hidden, replacing the preview while keeping the file in the vault. Useful for the one image you do not want visible even in an album you are showing someone.

Deleting

Deleting a custom album deletes its contents and sub-albums permanently. Individually deleted media goes to Recently Deleted for 30 days; restoring is a Premium feature.

How the other apps compare
